We provide free tattoo removal for former gang members, for the formerly-incarcerated and for victims of human trafficking. In some instances, we may require you to have a referral from a probation officer or social service agency. Please check with the TRI staff when you schedule your first appointment to see if you qualify for free tattoo removal.
